Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Clovrin is a Canadian company building private, approval-first AI systems for high-trust teams. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website and during early pilot scoping.
Information we collect
Contact and pilot forms may collect your name, email address, company, role, message, selected plan, and basic workflow context such as email platform, connected systems, market, preferred language, and sensitivity level.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, scope Executive Inbox pilots, prepare private AI workflow recommendations, and maintain a record of lead requests. We do not sell personal information.
Website services
This site may use Firebase to store lead requests and Resend to send internal lead notification emails. These services are used for operational handling of inquiries, not for public resale of data.
No passwords or system access through forms
Clovrin does not request mailbox passwords, OAuth access, API keys, or system credentials through public website forms. Any system access for a paid pilot requires a separate written scope and approval process.
Executive Inbox pilot scope
The Executive Inbox Pilot is intended for selected high-value communications, not full-mailbox surveillance. Users choose the threads, workflows, and access boundaries to be considered during scoping.
Deletion requests
You can request deletion or correction of website lead data by emailing privacy@clovrin.com or ashraf@clovrin.com.
