These terms cover use of the Clovrin website and inquiry forms. Paid pilots, implementation work, retainers, and custom deployments are governed by separate written agreements.

The content on this site is provided for general information about Clovrin services. It is not legal, financial, security, or compliance advice.

Pilot scoping

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or guarantee a specific outcome. Clovrin reviews requests and responds with an appropriate next step when there is a fit.

No autonomous access before written scope

Clovrin does not request passwords, mailbox credentials, OAuth approval, or production system access through public website forms. Any system access requires a written scope, approval boundaries, and explicit authorization.

No guaranteed outcomes before agreement

Website examples, sample workflows, and pilot descriptions illustrate possible implementation patterns. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing.
